Lisa and Matt dreamed of adding a good old fashion bakery to Cold Frame Farm.

One that would provide wholesome baked goods made from scratch the way Lisa's Grandma and Mother used to do. Today "5 Loaves" does just that, using USDA Certified Organic ingredients to provide our customers with high quality items they can feel good about!

Meet the Chef

Stephanie Nagle [or as you may know her, Chef Steph] is a certified culinarian with her degrees in both Culinary and Pastry Arts. She hails from Chesterfield Township, Michigan where she lives with her husband, Pat, and dog, Howie. Over the past 20 years, she has honed her craft by creating seasonal & local culinary delights. She believes that baking, in its simplest form, is a gift that everyone should experience.
